3.Our activity
Foxio Education Technologies Kft. operates foxio.eu, an online educational platform for children and families. We provide digital learning content - courses, storybooks, games and printables - AI-assisted learning tools, personalised generated storybooks, and printed hardcover books.
Our activity does not require a licence or official authorisation, and it is not a regulated profession within the meaning of the E-commerce Act. We are not bound by a code of conduct beyond our own published policies.
The terms on which we contract with users are set out in the Terms of Service. Contracts are concluded electronically, are not filed as written contracts, and can be entered into in Hungarian, English, Slovak, Czech or Polish.
